Softwell Automation uses its website chatbot to answer training-related questions and handle enquiries. Chat messages, contact details, the source webpage and campaign information may be processed and stored for enquiry handling, counselling, follow-up, service improvement and basic analytics.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, financial records, medical information or other sensitive personal data through the chatbot. AI-generated answers may require confirmation from a Softwell trainer, particularly for fees, schedules, course availability and technical project requirements.
Contact details submitted through the chatbot may be shared internally with authorized Softwell Automation personnel for responding to the enquiry. We do not intentionally sell chatbot enquiry data.
